If you purchase a Product or Service from us, you will also enter into one or more separate agreements with us, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict or issue. All online and physical purchases through us carry additional Terms of Use related to the product being purchased, with your purchase of the product or service constituting acceptance and agreement to adhere to these additional terms. All private coaching packages require signature of an additional Agreement outlining the terms and guidelines therein as well.
Note that Style Whisperer herein refers to as Christina Martynova, doing business as Style Whisperer.
Intellectual property
Text, images, videos, software, products, video recordings, services and other information contained in or presented on the Website may not be amended, copied, presented, licensed, published, uploaded, sent or made perceptible in any other way without the prior written consent of Style Whisperer or the right owner in question. This excludes the User's right of use for his/her own personal use, adhering to all copyrights and other proprietary rights.
Choice of law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively to these Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising under or in connection with the relationship between Style Whisperer and the Users, excluding the rules of conflict of laws and the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Limitation of liability
You understand and agree that your participation in using our website and/or adding yourself to our email list, buying our services and products is wholly voluntary, and you are solely and personally responsible for your actions, choices, and any results therein.
You understand and agree that any suggestion or recommendation of a product, service, coaching advice, or otherwise through our Website or during personal meetings is purely informational – any decision to act upon these suggestions is to be taken by you, at your own risk, without any liability on the part of Style Whisperer. You agree to accept all risks herein.
You understand and agree that we are not to be held liable for any type of direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of our Website, any information contained herein, or any products or services purchased therefrom, including but not limited to general, specific, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy only covers information that we collect from you on our website, which is expressly controlled by us. Data Retention
We will collect and retain the minimum amount of Personal Information required of yours, including but not limited name, email address, and behavior tracking, as long as you elect to remain on our mailing list, and any additional Personal Information as long as it is needed in order to fulfill the purpose for which it was initially collected, such as completing a purchase. We will also retain and use collected information as necessary in order to comply with any legal obligations, resolve any disputes, or as otherwise reasonably determined. If at any point you elect to be removed from our database, your information will be deleted, and no longer retained, other than as may be required by applicable law.
Changes to Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are subject to occasional revision. We will notify you of any changes to our Terms and Conditions by posting the new Terms and Conditions and updating the "Last Updated" date above. At our discretion, we may also notify you of certain changes by sending you an email to the email address provided when booking Stylist Services. For existing users of the Style Whisperer Services, any changes to these Terms of Service will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of the changes on our Style whisperer site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of the Style Whisperer Services. Continued use of the Style Whisperer Services, following such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
